When are the intakes?

Abu Dhabi University offers three main intakes: September (Fall), January (Spring), and a limited May intake for selected postgraduate programs.

 

Tuition fees range from AED 40,000 to AED 100,000 per year, depending on the program. Business and humanities courses are on the lower end, while engineering and health-related programs may cost more.

 

Yes. Students who completed prior education in English-medium institutions or meet specific academic criteria may be eligible for an IELTS or TOEFL waiver.

 

Absolutely. ADU provides a range of scholarships including merit-based, family tuition discounts, and athletic awards. More than 90% of students receive some form of financial support.

 

Graduates can apply for a post-study work visa in the UAE, typically valid for up to 2–3 years, depending on visa regulations and employment opportunities.

 

Students can apply online by submitting academic transcripts, passport copy, proof of English proficiency (if required), and other supporting documents. Processing usually takes 2–4 weeks.

 

ADU offers on-campus accommodation with options for single and shared rooms. Off-campus housing is also available near each campus with transport and student support services.

 

Undergraduate programs usually take 3–4 years, while postgraduate programs take 1–2 years, depending on the course and study mode.
